Causes of diseases

4 % Percent in children and 6 % percent in adolescence who have diabetes .

That shows earlier sign of diabetes that threatened many American in 1970s .

After 30 years the number has been almost quadruple that is the warning for the rest of American who are still in the condition of pre diabetes .

The history and medical records show that how serious this is for American society .

However the obesity has been increased more than ever before in the history and now American stands at the top of the world of obesity by consuming a lot of junk foods and unnecessary foods.

But that is not the only reason those people who are going to be effected, not willing to participate in gym and other sports events.

Spending more time watching tv or going to the movies and consuming a lot of sweets which increase their  their blood sugar,

These bad habits should be changed unless they will join the rest of coalition of diabetes.

All diseases are caused by :

1)The water we  drink  … Filtered,Boiled and bottled (reverse Osmosis water) when we filter and boil the water , it looses all its nutrients and the dissolved air ….. can the fish in your aquarium live in boiled cooled water? It will die …. so will your cells (a slow death)

Boiled water is DEAD water

(water can be defined as a colourless, odourless liquid)

Drink your tap water… are you afraid of the germs…. these germs cannot harm you, but enhance your immunity…. vaccination is …. injecting germs into your body….

when you drink tap water you are vaccinating your body.

some drink carbonated drinks like coke and Pepsi …. Carbon dioxide is the gas that our body exhale out …. but here we intake that gas which our body does not want.

2)The air we breathe …. Can we filter, boil or freeze  the air as we do to the water we drink

Can you DO anything about this? You cannot do much , VENTILATION is the answer

3)Foods that we eat…. are we really eating food? Not really , we are simply swallowing or stuffing food into our mouth ….. chew your food thoroughly… that is eating.

This is the secret  : healthy lifestyle eating

i will tell you to eat EVERYTHING  that you WISH and want to eat but ,moderately…  do not cut down on salt…

Eat only when you are hungry.

Do NOT drink any water or liquids.  (soft drinks,juices , etc ) at least half and hour before meals (very important)
Look at the food you eat…. not the TV or newspaper…. the brain process the information from your eyes and nose about the food, and will order the deployment of digestive enzymes for that food you are to eat

CHEW , note this , CHEW  again CHEW, till the food mixes thoroughly with the food in your mouth, to a semi solid then make in go into throat…… SALIVA will be secreted …. saliva is 99.5% water but the other 0.5% contains varied  and myriad enzymes.  Do not drink water or liquids during eating

After eating do NOT gargle your mouth but instead swallow  the oozing saliva

Drink water 30 minutes after meals.
