Most of us have a perception that drinking a lot water is good for health… it is right …?

not necessarily…. too much of water will overwork your kidney and leads to its failure

There are certain times water is good for you and at certain times BAD for you….

One glass of water  in the morning is good for your internal organs (as you wake up)

One glass of water Half and hour (30 minutes) before meals helps to produce saliva..

Water(or any other drinks) BEFORE meals (within 30 minutes of meals is BAD for your digestion as it will dilute the gastric juices.

Water(or any other drinks) AFTER meals (within 30 minutes of meals is BAD for your digestion as it will dilute the gastric juices.

One glass of water before bed helps to regulate the viscosity of your blood, thus reduces stroke and heart attack

Drinking water at anytime if you feel thirsty is a must…

not only will you have a flat tummy you will become healthy… when you digestion is good , your health become good
