i am 55 , with some formal education at The university of Madras.

That formal education is of minimal value to me ,

i traveled extensively throughout India…. as a seeker…. …..

met men  who had

long beards, some with long  hair,and some who just sleep sitting in the forest

i speak, read and write three languages , Tamil, English, Malay, and Indonesian ,

Now…I came across an invaluable knowledge…….

which is rarely found by humanity………..and wish to share this knowledge,

with anyone who may be interested………..i have some solutions to the various aspects of life …..

    Sir, First i want to thank u for ur great service. Iam a regular follower of ur page.
    I have sme doubts which i want to clarify wth u.
    1. In one of ur posts, u told abt cold water bath. I want to know whether we can take cold water bath at all seasons(summer, winter..) or particulary some seasons?
    2. Another one u told, after bath give a break of half an hour for breakfast. i want to know whether in that half an hour we can do excercise and then eat breakfast to save time because of rushing hour to office?

    • The best is cold baths , but your comfort is most important, when the weather is so cold it is better to have some warm water, logic is the most important.
      After taking a bath (cold) it should about (more or less) half hour to take food , our body controls and stabilizes the body temperature, so it is really not prepared to digest food…. exercise should be before bath, anyway i do hope this will benefit you , and if your mother tongue is Tamil or understand south Indian languages please visit http://anatomictherapy.org/Videos.html

    • About cold water bath , Comfort is the most important in everybodys life, The temperature should be just about 2 degrees less than our body temperature,
      If you want to exercise it should be done before bath , not after bath or after food intake
